The ground rules for using this website and how they relate to our client agreements.

Using this website

This website is operated by Fanya Tech. By browsing fanya.tech or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Content on this site — copy, design, and code shown as part of the site itself — belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without permission. This does not apply to work delivered to you under a signed client agreement, which is governed by that agreement instead.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting a project brief or requesting a quote through this site does not create a binding contract. Pricing shown on service pages (starting prices, package tiers) is indicative and subject to change based on your specific scope — a firm quote is only confirmed in writing after a discovery call.

Client engagements

Actual project work — fixed-price builds, dedicated-team engagements, or support retainers — is governed by a separate signed agreement (Statement of Work / Master Services Agreement) between you and us. That agreement takes precedence over these website terms for anything related to project delivery, payment, and intellectual property.

As a general practice, we assign full source-code ownership and intellectual property to the client on final payment, and we sign NDAs before detailed technical discovery when requested.

No warranty on website content

We keep this site's information accurate to the best of our knowledge, but case studies, timelines, and pricing are illustrative. We make no warranty that the site is error-free or uninterrupted, and are not liable for decisions made solely based on general content shown here rather than a signed agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fanya Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability related to delivered project work is governed exclusively by the terms of your signed client agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a signed client agreement specifies otherwise for a particular engagement.
