What we collect
When you submit a form on fanya.tech — a project brief, an instant quote request, or a contact enquiry — we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company, project details, and any message you write. If you use the WhatsApp or phone links, that conversation happens directly on those platforms and is governed by their own privacy terms.
We also collect standard technical information automatically: approximate location (country, derived from IP address) to show pricing in your local currency, browser/device type, and pages visited, via privacy-respecting analytics.
How we use it
Enquiry data is used solely to respond to your request — to scope your project, send you a quote, and follow up by email or phone. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
Technical/analytics data helps us understand which pages are useful and fix what isn't. It is aggregated and not used to individually identify you beyond what's needed to fix a reported bug.
Where it's stored
Enquiry data is stored in a MongoDB database operated on our behalf by our hosting provider, with access restricted to authorized team members. We retain enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a record of past conversations, or until you ask us to delete them.
Third-party services
We use a small number of third-party services to operate this site: an email delivery provider to send you responses and internal notifications, and an analytics provider to understand site usage. These providers process data only as needed to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy commitments.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@fanya.tech. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Cookies
This site uses minimal, functional cookies — for example, to remember your preferred currency (USD/INR) and light/dark theme. These do not track you across other websites.
